Aiguillon Beans

The Aiguillon Bean bush flowers first with pale purple blossoms, then produces an early harvest of long, pencil-thin, French filet type stringless green beans.

If allowed to mature fully, it will produce elongated dried beans that will be either pale maroon or black-maroon.
Aiguillon Beans can and freeze well.
