The creamed horseradish gives mash some zest.

Creamed Horseradish

Directions


Mix some mashed potato with a teaspoon or so (depending of course on how much mash you are using) of creamed horseradish sauce, and a bit of chopped fresh parsley or a pinch of dried parsley.

Serve hot.
