Egyptian Mint

Egyptian Mint is a perennial mint that grows up to 3 feet (1 metre) tall.

It has large, fuzzy light-green leaves, and blossoms with light-purple flowers.

It has a milder mint flavour and aroma than many other mints.

Cooking Tips for Egyptian Mint

Good for Middle Eastern recipes, which presuppose this kind of mint, rather than the strong mints of Northern Europe.
