Cooking Tips for Pistachio Oil

In fact, the taste is so pronounced, that it's not just a case of a little going a long way: if you use too much it can ruin your dish or dressing.

It is best combined with another neutral oil such as canola, peanut, sunflower or corn, using just a few spoonfuls of Pistachio Oil to flavour the other oil.
