Spring Rolls are long, cylindrical rolls made up of ingredients wrapped up in a dough wrapper. They are smaller and more delicate than eggrolls.

Made throughout Asia, they are be served uncooked (in which case they are called "fresh"), deep fried, or steamed.

Fresh ones are more likely to be Vietnamese than not; Vietnamese fried Spring Rolls are more likely to be smaller and more delicate than Spring Rolls from other cooking styles.
